i was simply horrified to discover the bathroom was down a dark hall, which woudl ve been a major inconvenience if it wasn’t for the creeking steps. the narrow driveway was also a disaster and honestly, i expected some sort of compensation for my troubles. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

Had the Junior Suite with Balcony, which offered a nice outdoor space. Streaming movies on my phone was a breeze thanks to the solid Wi-Fi connection.

It didn't help either that once we decided to check out early, there weren't any alternatives discussed when I mentioned our departure.

Fresh eggs from garden chickens and a lovely outdoor patio with a gas fire pit made our stay unforgettable! The in-room massage recliner and well-stocked kitchen were amazing touches.

A bit more outdoor seating would have been nice, especially during the lovely evenings.

I felt at home during my stay! The cozy Junior Suite with Balcony offered beautiful views and good fresh muffins for breakfast. The owner’s attention to detail, like providing a personal massage recliner in the room.

Enjoying the tranquility of nature with ducks and turkeys roaming freely added a unique charm. However, the basement-level room lacked a view, which was a letdown, and the Wi-Fi could be slow at times. The lack of outdoor seating options was also a missed opportunity for a more enjoyable experience.

The hotel was super clean, cozy, and the owner showed attention to detail. I loved feeding the ducks!

Family with children suitable gem

We were welcomed by David and he even brought out the ducks and turkeys for our kid, it was kinda like a farm which was cool. The muffins in the morning were fresh and homemade, couldn't get enough of em!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but honestly, it was worth it.

The room was warm and cozy, with great free snacks. Wi-fi was slow sometimes.
